The Smart Weight™ run by EvolvePro™ Software creates a multi-functional system. EvolvePro communicates with Smart Weight to manage the amount of each ingredient dispensed. The operator is prompted as each formula component appears and weights are recorded. In addition, Smart Weight system automatically prompts to maximize inventory usage. The Smart Weight system provides ease in inventory management and dispenser control. The system easily creates, edits and manages a formula database executing tasks with basic commands. The system establishes tolerance levels to maximize dispense speeds and assure color accuracy. The Smart Weight system quickly adds users and customizes security levels to the operators specifications. |
