The Mx6™ Formulation Dispenser offers new and exciting features never seen before in formulation dispensers. The Mx6 reduces labor costs, press runs, down time, and wasted inventory while optimizing color uniformity translating to substantial cost savings benefits. Combine the Mx6 with our other ink products to create a total ink solution from mill to press.
The Mx6 operates without mechanical valves or whetted plumbing using instead air cylinders to depress ink from the AccureX™ Precision Dispense Cylinders (PDC). Changing pressure regulates the exact flow of ink. The Mx6 is expandable to 18 PDC's with each PDC holding up to 8lbs of ink. The AccureX PDC makes the Mx6 fast and precise across a range of ink types. PDC's are interchangable due to the lack of whetted parts providing fast, effortless and clean ink changes.
The Mx6 is controlled by EvolvePro Software a multi-functional user friendly software program. EvolvePro tracks formulations from multiple ink lines providing order tickets, batch labels, consumption reports, inventory management, mathematical workoffs and much more. Operating the Mx6 with EvolvePro produces a consistently accurate formulation on demand.
