The 2006 InterTech Award winning Mx6 Magnum is an automated fluid formulation dispenser designed for precision, high-speed mixing and dispensing of variable viscosity handling fluids. This innovative design places the Mx6 Magnum in a new generation of formulation dispensers demonstrating wider appeal, highly functional applications, compact features and maximum value. The Mx6 Magnum provides for a range of end users to accurately and precisely mix and dispense fluid formulations in-house and on demand.

The Mx6 Magnum fluid handling for inks is a viscosity range of 50-50,000 cps for hybrid sheet-fed, conventional sheet-fed, UV sheet-press and letterpress printing. A 5 pound batch of ink is dispensed within 5 minutes with an accuracy of +/- 0.002lbs. The Mx6 Magnum uses GFI's patented AccureX™ disposable precision dispensing cylinder (PDC) which changes out quickly and effortlessly. Since the Mx6 Magnum has no whetted parts, switching from conventional sheet-fed to UV paste, for example, is remarkably clean and easy. The Mx6 Magnum optimizes labor costs, press runs, time, inventory, and color uniformity translating to major cost saving benefits.
