The Mx6 Magnum™ Formulation Dispenser is designed for a variety of ink types including conventional sheetfed, UV sheetfed, hybrid and letterpress. Problems inherent in traditional methods of mixing variable viscosity inks are eliminated through GFI's patented dispense process, ink control system, precision dispense cylinders and multi-functional software. The Mx6 Magnum is compact, accessible and easy to operate. The Mx6 Magnum allows the user to dispense formulations quickly and efficiently with reduced cost.

The Mx6 Magnum is controlled by EvolvePro™ Software. EvolvePro easily handles a variety of inventory control measures such as order tickets and consumption reports along with calculating mathematical work-offs using a database such as PMS and pre-loaded color formulations. EvolvePro tracks press returned ink and calculates the transformation from one custom color to another reducing waste and increasing the bottom line. EvolvePro allows the Mx6 Magnum to consistently dispense individual formula components and record the exact amount of each component within a batch.

EvolvePro has the remarkable feature Flow-Tek™, the only existing auto-calibration function. This feature together with the AccureX Precision Dispense Cylinder, enhances the ability of the Mx6 Magnum to quickly, precisely and accurately control the flow of ink. The AccureX PDC is its own ink control system. The AccureX PDC allows for a variety of inks to be used and changed out quickly, easily and cleanly. Combined with the ease of bar coding, functions like batch creation, inventory control and waste management are now in your control in house on demand.
